Trauma Informed Yoga:

Yoga is for every person, regardless of body size, age, and physical condition. I can help you learn to listen to your body and your breath. Allow me to guide you to connect gently to your body and your mind and learn to experience health and fitness in a whole new way.

Classes are held via zoom and privately. You can set up a group of friends or we can practice one on one.

Classes are adaptable to all fitness levels. Before beginning, we discuss your current physical health and your fitness goals, then create a tailored practice to help you achieve your desired goals.

Whether you are a beginner, who has never tried yoga, or someone who hasn't exercised for a while, but are hoping to feel better, this practice can be specifically designed for you.

Healing Massage:

Massage can change your life for the better. Using different modalities, I help heal the aches and pains of fibromyalgia, sports injuries, or  common everyday soreness and tiredness. Besides helping your body heal, massage also releases emotional baggage and issues.

I utilize a unique, integrative approach to massage, using traditional massage techniques, Reiki and energy work to help release tension from the body. This approach heals physical, energetic, emotional and spiritual blockages to allow your energy to flow unobstructed.

 I have been a self-employed massage therapist since 2014.   During the six years prior to 2014, I did massage part-time while also working other full-time jobs. In 2014, I left my last real job to pursue my calling of healing massage.
